<p>Dieting is a complicated subject. Even professional nutritionists disagree over the best way to do it. Some suggest you cut carbs; others suggest you cut the fat; and some suggest that you count calories. But with all of these seemingly contradictory claims, who can you really trust?</p>
<p>Is it simply the case that no one knows? Or is really the case that big corporations know exactly how you can lose weight, but simply don&#8217;t want to tell you because they think you&#8217;ll lose weight and stop buying their products? Or is there some other third reason?</p>
<p>If you look at most products being sold by small, Internet-based businesses, they&#8217;ll tell you that the companies know, but don&#8217;t want to tell you. But, as you can probably see immediately, this is exactly what they would want you to think. After all, they&#8217;re selling a product, too.</p>
<p>Not surprisingly, the author of The Fat Burning Furnace, Rob Poulos, takes the same tone. He claims that big corporations won&#8217;t let you know the truth, but he will. He claims that his system will allow you to pare away all of the complexities related to exercise and nutrition, so that you can get in shape quickly and without having to rely on questionable, outmoded techniques.</p>
<p>In particular, The Fat Burning Furnace makes a set of five claims, which turn out to be the pillars of the program. The first of these pillars is that you need to lose fat, not weight (hence, the product&#8217;s name). Poulos claims that many diets put an emphasis on <a href="htp://thedoctoristhin.com">weight loss</a>, rather than fat loss &#8211; and argues that this ultimately only leads you to burn water weight and become dehydrated.</p>
<p>Next, Poulos pans low carb diets. He claims that they rob your body of energy; and can do nothing other than slow down weight loss in the long run. He also claims that celebrity-endorsed, boxed-food diets-while they might work-are generally expensive and highly inefficient (i.e. they might help you lose a little weight, but for a large cost and over a long period of time).</p>
<p>Additionally, Poulos makes two very controversial claims. First, he argues that long cardio routines do almost nothing to burn fat. And then claims that he can show you how to burn more fat in 45 minutes each week than you could burn from all of your long, cardio routines combined.</p>
<p>Finally, Poulos rules out restrictive dieting as an option. He claims that severely cutting calories simply doesn&#8217;t work; and, in fact, can be very harmful to your body in the long run.</p>
<p>So what does that leave you with for options? It leaves you with Poulos&#8217;s Fat Burning Furnace Diet. And if you believe his claims, it helped him to lose 42 pounds and his wife to lose 60 pounds.</p>
<p>Of course, not all buyers have been completely satisfied by Poulos&#8217;s claims. While his product generally receives positive reviews online, some have pointed out that the product actually focuses on exercises and don&#8217;t provide very many guidelines on dieting, as the salespage appears to claim.</p>
<p>Those who enjoyed the product generally found the exercise routines to be helpful. As they were normally used to doing long cardio workouts, the switch to 20 minute, no-warm up sessions provided helpful and sustainable in the long run.</p>
<p>So, with all of this said, you&#8217;re probably wonder what to do next: should you buy the product or not? Well, if you&#8217;re looking for a powerful dieting guide, this may not be the place to go. However, if you want to make your exercise routines highly inefficient, this may be one of your better options.</p>

<p>Are you tired of being scrawny, even though you work hard at the gym, take supplements, and do everything you can to gain muscle? Or are you out of shape, flabby, and tired all of the time?</p>
<p>Are you sick of disrupting your life with starvation diets that ultimately don&#8217;t get you any noticeable results? And are you sick of filling your body with dozens of different supplements and drugs that ultimately do nothing other than make you feel light-headed?</p>
<p>If so, you might want to give the conventional approach to muscle building a break. You might want to skip the drugs and supplements; avoid the expensive work-out machines; and consider an entirely different path.</p>
<p>What path is that? If you listen to Vince Delmonte, it&#8217;s not the path that bodybuilders suggest or the path that nutritionists suggest. <p>Rather, Delmonte tells you how he went about his transformation. Initially, he was far from a champion bodybuilder. He was a scrawny 160 pounds with virtually no muscle mass to speak of. He tried dozens of different methods; and they all yielded imperceptible results. Over time, however, he honed his approach and eventually arrived at what he program offers today.</p>
<p>Additionally, Delmonte isn&#8217;t just another run-of-the-mill guy who lost weight (in fact, he put weight on). Rather, he went from being a scrawny guy to a muscular, toned bodybuilder. Eventually, he even became a Canadian Fitness Model Champion, and has since become a regular contributor to Men&#8217;s Fitness, Maximum Fitness, and Men&#8217;s Health magazines.</p>
<p>So what does Delmonte claim? He claims that supplements don&#8217;t work and you shouldn&#8217;t use them. He also claims that &#8220;shocking muscles&#8221; or working hard enough to &#8220;feel the burn&#8221; doesn&#8217;t do anything.</p>
<p>Delmonte makes some additional claims about muscle-building. In particular, he points out the well-established fact that most body-building magazines are generally owned by supplement suppliers. And, thus, it is no surprise that those magazines frequently suggest that readers buy supplements, rather than using natural methods for bodybuilding.</p>
<p>Delmonte also makes the argument that exercise equipment generally doesn&#8217;t work. This includes the Bowflex and other expensive workout machines that are claimed to help you to build and tone muscle mass.</p>
<p>As far as his muscle-building plan goes, Delmonte focuses on creating a consistent framework for building muscle. He tries very hard to avoid contradictions and focus on what is essential, rather than what is option. Additionally, instead of straying into &#8220;fat loss&#8221; or other topics, he stays very tightly with the muscle-building framework.</p>
<p>For many readers, Delmonte&#8217;s framework for building muscle has worked beautifully. And this is precisely why it is maintained its popularity and has sold over 20,000 copies in more than 117 countries.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s important to note, however, that Delmonte&#8217;s &#8220;No Nonsense Muscle Building&#8221; ebook is not for everyone. In particular, it is targeted at men who have no prior experience with bodybuilding. In fact, some reviewers who have had prior experience with bodybuilding complained that it contained nothing that you couldn&#8217;t find easily elsewhere.</p>
<p>However, if you&#8217;re looking to bulk up and are willing to pay a little bit extra to get your information from a reputable source, then &#8220;No Nonsense Muscle Building&#8221; may be a good choice for you.</p>

<p>Less than a decade ago, the <a href="htp://thedoctoristhin.com">weight loss</a> industry became obsessed with cardio and carb-cutting. <p>Indeed, these trends have spilled-over into the present. Low carb food abounds and many still focus their exercise routines strictly around cardio. However, with nearly a decade of evidence of poor results, many have turned against these two methods, focusing on alternative dieting strategies and workout routines that don&#8217;t leave exhausted and bored, but with little fat loss to show for it.</p>

Additionally, it claims that you should avoid salad; and also promises to provide a list of 10 foods that you should absolutely avoid at all costs.</p>
<p>Finally, STF makes it clear that it does not target exercise at all. It claims that exercise generally has very little to do with obesity; and that people who are obese or overweight generally get more than enough exercise. Rather, it is just a matter of them adopting the right dietary habits.</p>
<p>So what does the program come with? For starters, it includes the STF dieting guide, which will provide you with all of the vital information that you need in order to implement the program. But in addition to this, it will also include the STF Diet Generator.</p>
<p>According to STF, this diet generator can create as many as 40,000 diet programs on the fly. All you have to do is select a few parameters, mix and match, and you&#8217;ll end up with a diet program that is tailored to your own particular wants and needs.</p>

<p>According to reviewers at Insideyourdiet.com, the STF does not entirely live up to its promise of providing long term structure for your dieting needs. Rather, for the first two weeks, it gives you a lot of structural, but beyond that, the diet is ultimately up to your discretion. For instance, you can generate the diets using the STF Generator, but it&#8217;s not exactly clear how or why they work.</p>
<p>Overall, STF is a promising product. If you&#8217;re looking for a Diet Generator and want a two-week structured plan, then it is a good product to consider. However, since it is relatively pricey, you may not want to make it your first pick!</p>
